The staff are welcoming, friendly and understanding of your needs, I went in with hair that was in dire need of a correction cut to resolve wispy, thin and sparce hair and they delivered a superb result that has given me thicker, shaped new lease of life hair! even got my nails done and boy did they need a bit of tlc but once again I was left so happy and fulfilled with my experience that iv booked my girls in for their haircuts with confidence! x

Only the fourth time I’ve used Prim n Proper and still impressed. my daughter and I had a dual pedicure and along with our fabulous treatment ladies (sorry I’m rubbish at remembering names) we put the world to rights, had a giggle and came away walking on clouds! fabulous treat and despite having feet like a hobbit, my feet feel soft and look so pretty! thank you so much. we’ll be back!
